Tenant Placement Guarantee
We guarantee our tenant placements. If a tenant we placed does not fulfill their lease term, we will place a new tenant with no additional Leasing Fee.

At MCRE, we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of service. We won’t tie you down with an auto renew contract. If you are dissatisfied with our service after the first 12 months, all we require is a 30 day written notice to terminate our agreement.

W guarantee that we will lease your rental unit to a well qualified applicant within 30 days of the listing going live! If we are unable to lease the rental unit within 30 days of the listing going live, we will waive our first month's management fee. *(Rental unit must meet our property standards to be eligible).
