Per our lease agreement, rent is due on the 1st of each month with a grace period of 3 days. If a tenant exceeds the lease’s grace period, we promptly issue a late rent notice and collect any applicable late fees in addition to the regular rent payment. In the rare event that a tenant stops paying altogether, we manage the eviction process on your behalf and work quickly to re-rent the property to minimize lost income.

Tenant Placement Guarantee
We guarantee our tenant placements. If a tenant we placed does not fulfill their lease term, we will place a new tenant with no additional Leasing Fee.
